SD 005 Singkep Successfully Implements In House Training (IHT) on Creating Teacher Portfolios Based on DigiLap (Digital Landingpage) as a Means of Information and Interactive Learning Media between Teachers and Students at School

Singkep, Lingga Regency – In-House Training (IHT) on “Creating Teacher Portfolios Using DigiLap (Digital Landingpage) as an Information Platform and Interactive Learning Media for Teachers and Students” was successfully conducted on Friday and Saturday, 4-5 Jumadil Akhir 1446 H (6-7 December 2024 CE). Held at the ICT Laboratory of SD 005 Singkep, this event marks a significant step towards embracing digital transformation in primary education.
The event began with an opening address by the Secretary of the Lingga Regency Education Office, Mr. Supardi, S.Pd., M.Pd., who emphasized the importance of adopting digital technology in education. He highlighted that using DigiLap for teacher portfolios not only enhances interactive learning but also serves as a vital tool for showcasing teachers' professional competencies.
“We hope that this training will empower teachers to improve the quality of education through technological innovation. Digital transformation is essential to addressing the challenges of the modern era,” said Supardi.
The Principal of SD 005 Singkep, Ms. Dewi Dahlina, S.Pd.SD, also expressed her appreciation to the participants and the resource person. "Through this training, I hope our teachers can develop professional portfolios that serve as both informational tools and means to enhance learning interaction with students," she remarked.
The event featured a single resource person, Mr. Azrani Ery Saputra, S.Pi, founder of the Indonesian Integrated Digital School Informal Community (KISDIT). Known for his expertise in digital educational technology, Azrani shared his insights and experiences on how technology can offer practical solutions in educational management through his platform, kisdit.mtecht.my.id.
Azrani emphasized that teacher portfolios using DigiLap provide more than just a space for storing and showcasing work; they add value by enhancing transparency and accessibility for students and parents alike.
“DigiLap reflects a teacher's professionalism in the digital era. By integrating this technology, teachers can demonstrate their competencies and innovations while making learning materials easily accessible to students,” Azrani explained during the session.

Training Agenda: Theoretical and Hands-On Sessions
The training was divided into two main sessions:
Theoretical Session
Participants were introduced to the fundamental concepts of DigiLap, including the types of platforms available and the benefits of implementing them.
Hands-On Session
Participants were guided in creating their DigiLap portfolios, starting from account creation, designing web pages, to uploading content such as lesson plans, student work, and teaching reflections.
Teachers showed great enthusiasm during the practical session, especially when exploring interactive features that facilitate two-way communication with students. A feature that gained particular attention was the discussion forum, enabling students to ask questions directly to their teachers through the platform.
The enthusiasm of the participants was evident from the number of questions asked during the Q&A sessions. One participant, Mrs. Roslinar, S.Pd., expressed her gratitude for the training. “This training is very useful. I’ve learned how to use technology to improve teaching quality while also having a professional documentation tool,” she said.
Similarly, Mrs. Rajasiti, S.Pd.I., hoped that similar training would be held regularly. “Digital transformation is unavoidable. This training helps us prepare better for the challenges ahead,” he remarked.

As a follow-up to the training, SD 005 Singkep plans to implement DigiLap portfolios for all teachers. Principal Dewi Dahlina stated that the school would provide additional support to teachers needing guidance in managing their portfolios.
Additionally, the Lingga Regency Education Office expressed its commitment to expanding this program to other schools in the region as part of its broader agenda for digital transformation in education.
This IHT on Creating Teacher Portfolios Using DigiLap is not just a training program; it is a strategic step towards a more modern and inclusive education system. With their newfound skills, teachers are expected to create more interactive, effective, and engaging learning processes for their students.
