Persing Village, Singkep Coastal Subdistrict, Distributes Direct Cash Aid to Citizens (Phase I BLT) 2022

LINGGA - The government of Persing Village, Singkep Coastal Subdistrict, Lingga Regency, has disbursed the Village Fund's Phase I Direct Cash Aid (BLT) for the period of January to March 2022, which took place at the Multipurpose Hall of Persing Village on Friday (04/03/2022).

The recipients of the Village Fund's Direct Cash Aid (BLT-DD) for the year 2022 in Persing Village from January to March 2022 are the Beneficiary Families (KPM) whose names have been listed as recipients of the Direct Cash Aid from the Village Fund for the fiscal year 2022. This initiative is the government's effort to assist the economy of the community during the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.

Prior to the commencement of the BLT distribution event, the head of Persing Village, Bustami, expressed his hope that this aid would help the community meet their daily basic needs and be used responsibly.

Furthermore, Bustami explained that the distribution of the BLT-Village Fund for Phase I from January to March 2022, spanning three months, would be given to 109 Beneficiary Families (KPM) in Persing Village, amounting to Rp. 300,000 per household per month, with a total disbursement of Rp. 900,000 (Nine Hundred Thousand Rupiah) in cash per KPM.

Suprianto, one of the KPM recipients, expressed his gratitude and said, "Alhamdulillah, I am very thankful for this Phase I BLT as it greatly helps my family's economy during this pandemic."

Adhering to the Health Protocols, KPM participants maintained order while queuing to receive the BLT-DD, ensuring the smooth and efficient distribution process.

"May the 2022 Village Fund's Direct Cash Aid be utilized by the Beneficiary Families in the best possible way," concluded Bustami, who was recently inaugurated as the head of Persing Village for the 2021/2027 period. (M. Johari)
