Pokdarwis Best Persing Village Conducts Online Business Seminar for Village Persing and Pokdarwis Members

LINGGA - The Village Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) in Persing Village organized a seminar and training event, particularly for SMEs and members of Pokdarwis in Persing Village, with the theme "Online Business Management for the Economic Advancement of the Village Community, Especially for the Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) 'Best Persing' in Persing Village, Singkep Pesisir Subdistrict, Lingga Regency, Kepulauan Riau Province." The aim was to enhance the participants' insights and knowledge in the world of online business based on digital platforms.

The seminar and training aimed not only to provide insights into online business but also to offer an opportunity to learn further about conducting business in the digital era through the formation of study groups, as explained by Mr. Johari, the head of Pokdarwis in Persing Village.

The event, which took place on Thursday, March 10, 2022, was attended not only by community groups but also by the Head of Government Section (Kasipem) as a representative of the Singkep Pesisir Subdistrict and the representative from the Department of Industry and Trade of Lingga Regency. The keynote speaker was Mr. Azrani Ery Saputra, the CEO of MTECHT COMMUNITY - IHT-EDU.MTECHT.MY.ID - (IT Education Trainer) and WWW.AKADEMIDIGITALONLINE.MY.ID (Online Business).

The event was inaugurated by Mr. Ulung, the representative of the Kasipem of Singkep Pesisir Subdistrict, who also explained that "In this digital era, a business needs to be supported by maximal use of digital media in conducting business."

The training is expected to provide valuable insights, enlightenment, and solutions for the community of Persing Village, especially in obtaining accurate and useful information for conducting online business.

The Kasipem of Singkep Pesisir Subdistrict expressed, "In the effort to support the community's endeavors, the government is fully supportive of online digital businesses, so that these community businesses can be conducted from anywhere, thereby increasing the community's income. Therefore, it is hoped that such activities can continue and be emulated by other villages." (M. Johari)
